A fun and playful practice based on connecting you to the four elements (earth, water, fire and air) and spiral patterns of nature.
Each week we will journey through a creative fun practice that will take you all the way around the mat.
A mandala is a beautiful shape that capture's the intricacy, chaos, and complexity of life. The spiralling shape mirrors the rhythms and cycles of nature that are held deep within us.
We begin and end the practice with yin style shapes, bringing balance to the body and giving you time to soften and relax.
Expect a creative flow, space to explore, moments to challenge you and a deep nourishing relaxation.
