At 11:11 Yoga Studio, each class is crafted to nurture body, mind, and spirit. Whether you’re new to yoga or deepening your practice, our offerings are designed to bring balance, peace, and energy into your life. Here’s a look at our classes—each one a unique invitation to connect, unwind, and grow.

11:11 Hot Beginners Yoga

New to yoga and not sure where to start?

This is the class for you; we will break down basic postures whilst looking to stretch and ease the body.
Great for those who have been out of practice or looking to start.

11:11 Hot Power Flow

A vibrant, energetic vinyassa flow class that will build heat in the body, connecting the mind to the breath, letting go of any of the weeks tensions and stress whilst sweating out those toxins ready for the weekend.

This is a class that will leave you feeling worked with a complete energy shift. Remember to bring a towel as we’ll be getting HOT, HOT, HOT! Suitable for all yogi’s.

11:11 Aerial Yoga

Aerial yoga offers a unique blend of traditional yoga postures, mindfulness, and aerial arts, creating a practice that is both grounding and uplifting.

Sound Cocoon with Tony

Join us for a Floating Gong journey, a fully suspended sound experience allowing you to journey deeper into the sounds of the beautiful gongs whilst fully supported in the hammock - recreating a feeling of safety often described as being in a womb like experience.

Our sound journeys are an all immersive experience, shifting and changing your energy to reflect what you need and where you are.

11:11 Back to Basics

Whether you are a starting your yoga journey or have been practicing for for a while we all fall into bad habits.

This class will look to break down the basics, focusing on technique, alignment and moving through postures safely with modifications available.

Suitable for all levels.

11:11 Calm and Ground Evening Flow

Centre your mind and calm your body with this night time vinyasa flow that releases tension as you deepen your flexibility.

This class is perfect before bed or on a day you need a little extra mental or physical unwinding.

11:11 Gentle Morning Flow

Join us for a gentle vinyasa flow, awakening the body and senses, channelling positivity and setting the tone for the day ahead.

A class designed to stretch, tone, rejuvenate and boost your energy levels.

A progressive class for all abilities with a Pranayama practice to finish.

In the stillness, in the depth and nourishing space, Yin is a truly a magical practice.
Held within this space is an opportunity to soften, relax, nourish and release.

A yin practice is deeply peaceful and nourishing, the perfect medicine to balance a busy lifestyle.

Whether you are seeking flexibility, strength or want to cultivate inner peace, this Vinyasa flow class will allow you to move with grace and strength.

This dynamic and invigorating practice will see you synchronising breath with movement, creating a seamless sequence of postures that build heat. flexibility and endurance in the the body and mind.

Perfect for all levels, especially those who want to build their practice from beginners but are unsure which class to try next!

You will leave feeling energised and balanced finding your flow together.

11:11 Mandala Flow

A fun and playful practice based on connecting you to the four elements (earth, water, fire and air) and spiral patterns of nature.

Each week we will journey through a creative fun practice that will take you all the way around the mat.
A mandala is a beautiful shape that capture's the intricacy, chaos, and complexity of life. The spiralling shape mirrors the rhythms and cycles of nature that are held deep within us.
We begin and end the practice with yin style shapes, bringing balance to the body and giving you time to soften and relax.

Expect a creative flow, space to explore, moments to challenge you and a deep nourishing relaxation.

11:11 Wake up and Go Flow

The alarm goes and you want to stay in bed? Why not get up and flow with us!

Diving into this flow practice will awaken and shake up those sleepy heads for the day ahead.

Boosting productivity and mood this uplifting practice will set you up with a renewed energy for the day ahead helping to avoid burnout from your daily routine.

Ashtanga with Mimi

Want to break down the Ashtanga primary series and work deeper into these postures?

Mimi will be offering her classes to guide you through all of the postures safely, building the sequencing ready for you to take home.

11:11 Feel Good Friday Flow

Join one if our longest studio members turned Teacher, Mark, to wind down from your busy week.

Our Feel Good Friday flow consists of mindful, meditative movement that will calm the mind and nervous system, whilst providing a complete reset ready for the weekend!

Gently building heat and strength through the body with each flowing movement, before bringing you back down into restorative postures to provide peace to a busy mind, finally closing the practice with a rejuvenating breathe work session.

Class is suitable for all levels.

11:11 Hatha Yoga

"Ha" in sanskrit means Sun and "Ta" means moon.

Hatha practice seeks to being balance between the Sun and the Moon in you, using a combination of asana (posture) and pranayama (breath work) which help bring peace to the mind and body, preparing ourselves for deeper spiritual practices such as meditation.

Perfect for those wanting to learn more about each posture, holding the pose and using the breath to delve deeper in to the body.

Suitable for all levels of yogi.

11:11 Stretch and Cleanse

Welcome to our Stretch and Cleanse class! This soft, supportive class looks at opening the body through passive stretches in hard to reach areas.

A great way to keep the body supple, relieving aches and pains.

This is an excellent class for those with tight hips, calves, shoulders and neck, A gentle but effective practice.
