11:11 Hatha Yoga

"Ha" in sanskrit means Sun and "Ta" means moon.

Hatha practice seeks to being balance between the Sun and the Moon in you, using a combination of asana (posture) and pranayama (breath work) which help bring peace to the mind and body, preparing ourselves for deeper spiritual practices such as meditation.

Perfect for those wanting to learn more about each posture, holding the pose and using the breath to delve deeper in to the body.

Suitable for all levels of yogi.
