11:11 Feel Good Friday Flow
Join one if our longest studio members turned Teacher, Mark, to wind down from your busy week.
Our Feel Good Friday flow consists of mindful, meditative movement that will calm the mind and nervous system, whilst providing a complete reset ready for the weekend!
Gently building heat and strength through the body with each flowing movement, before bringing you back down into restorative postures to provide peace to a busy mind, finally closing the practice with a rejuvenating breathe work session.
Class is suitable for all levels.
