Jason

Jason completed his 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2019 with Chie Sibring Yoga. Jason discovered the benefits of yoga after having multiple knee surgeries beginning at the age of 14. Most recent being a three quarter knee replacement op 4 days before his yoga training began! He has continued a fitness and self treatment regimen over the years, completing the Chippeham half marathon in 2010. After experiencing the loss of his wife in 2011 his life then changed course, and he chose to pursue a more holistic lifestyle and began a career in Sports Therapy, Acupuncture and Japanese Integrated Physical Medicine. He now works alongside his wife Michelle, and is the Director and senior Practitioner of Calne Wellbeing Clinic. His approach to yoga is to have fun and to never take yourself too seriously, whilst remaining focused on form and technique to avoid injury.
