Harriet is a well experienced instructor with 10 years of Pilates experience.
Having taught in England and Australia over the years, Harriet has been fortunate enough to work alongside leading industry professionals who were invaluable in expanding Harriet's knowledge and understanding of the Pilates discipline.
Pilates brings together both body and mind by using principles such as body awareness, breathing, precision, and control (to name a few). Harriet refers to all 9 principles throughout the class so you can get the best connection between the movement and your body.
Pilates aims to improve flexibility and strength to your body whilst bringing calm and clarity to your mind.
