Gail qualified this year as a yoga teacher having trained at the Bath Yoga Studio. Having practised yoga for most of her adult life 3 years ago yoga became a huge part of her life as she realised yoga could help her manage stress, anxiety and allow her to take control of her life. This has led Gail to wanting to bring the benefits of yoga to everyone through teaching. Gail currently works in IT and would ideally like to teach yoga full-time eventually. Gail is a dog mum to 2 dogs, likes to bake and eating out at nice restaurants with her partner.
