I started practising Yoga when I lived in London 10 years ago to balance out a busy life and help with an old back injury. I enjoyed it so much that when I met a lovely yoga teacher in Thailand on a fitness bootcamp in 2015, I decided that I needed to train with her. So, a year later I went back and trained with her in Vinyasa Yoga. I am also qualified as a personal trainer and in pre and post natal fitness. In the last year having had a little baby boy I now fully appreciate the challenges of trying to fit in fitness or to even simply have some me time, so I have adapted my practise when my little boy is around in order to be able to fit in a session with him on the mat.
